We ship worldwide
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may take longer (notified at checkout).
Shipping Times & Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
- Estimated delivery:
- Domestic (US): 3–12 business days.
- International: 10–30 business days (customs delays possible).
- Free shipping applies to orders over $69.90 within the United States. All other orders calculate shipping at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
Tracking
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.
- Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates only – delays can occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.
- We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation or customs fees/taxes for international orders.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your tracking number – we will assist with claims.
